The shuttle service at this property has always been outstanding on taking you to Ohare but has long suffered from subpar return service. I have stayed at this property once or twice a year over the last several years using their “ stay and fly” for trips out of Ohare airport. I believe for the price point the properties are very good. I am a silver level awards member so I stay Hilton whenever I can.
